Moreton Bay Bugs

Closely related to Balmain Bugs and Slipper Lobsters, these crustaceans are known for their sweet, rich flavour (milder than Balmain Bug but stronger than Rock Lobster), low oiliness and firm flesh. Freshly cooked in our Williamstown facility, these bugs are ready to eat!

Recommendations:

• We recommend adding some of our house-made seafood sauce and a squeeze of lemon.

• Cut in half, drizzle with oil/butter, season with salt and pepper and cook on the barbeque in their shell.
